Error in Bulk2space "Incompatible dimensions"

Hello everyone, I am trying to use bulk2space but I get the following error message. I think there is something wrong when my bulk and my sc-panel interact because if I use them separately in combination with tutorial data they work fine. The error is:

Incompatible dimensions. The first dimension of A is 2972, while the shape of b is (2973,) in _nnls.py", line 70, in nnls

Anyone can help me?
