[enh] Test config panels

it's quite common for me to have broken config panels because the CI doesn't test them

I think it would be a good thing to test them as well as the rest, because it's a feature that seems to be quite pushed by the ynh project, and ensuring quality seems to me necessary in this case

We also had a regression on synapse this would be detected if there was a to test for this.
