Can you check the name of the php variable in /etc/yunohost/apps/roundcube/settings.yml (and the php version) ?

I have a similar problem (probably the same).

I tried solutions mentioned above.

The workaround is to reinstall roundcube:

$ sudo yunohost app remove roundcube
$ sudo yunohost app install roundcube

If you already have a working backup, you can try upgrading skipping the backup (option -b)

I think a previous failed upgrade may have broken things (removed /etc/php/8.3/fpm/pool.d/roundcube.conf, changed phpversion to php_version)...
