Can not update or install any Nextcloud App

When trying to update an app I am getting the following error:

This is the case since installing the last 2 updates of nextcloud.

Could it be related to #839 (comment) ?

When deleting a working App, I can not reinstall that same App.

Please let me know, what further help is needed and thank you very much to the whole team for the tremendous job you are doing to allow us to host our critical infrastrucure ourselves
