Unable to install in IntelliJ EAP 2024.2

What happened?
When I install the plugin in IntelliJ Ultimate EAP 2024.2, there is no error, but the plugin is not installed. Once I restart IDE, Install is green again and it does nothing again.

How can we reproduce the issue?
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. install IntellIJ EAP 2024.1
2. install the extension from markerplace
