Labware: Normalize liquid API to kwargs #40
Description
Right now it's something like transfer(amount, ml=False), and I prefer transfer(ul=None, ml=None).
Not the most critical issue since the Protocol-level API maps to the new version, but it's an excellent issue for a new person to do in order to really dig into that part of the code.
