[Feature Request] Special Keycode for Snipe mode

It can be a little bit hard sometimes to move the cursor precisely.

It would be nice to have a special keycode for "snipe mode" to increase precision while also allowing for fast pointer movement at the same time.

Holding the "mouse layer" key and/or another key (with the special keycode) enables snipe mode.

While in snipe mode the CPI could be divided by two or even chosen like the scroll divider.
Or set like the general CPI option.

I think this would be great feature to add to this wonderful keyboard :)

Nice idea, I think I will implement secondary CPI, so in normal mode it uses one cpi, but when pressing or toggled key i will other cpi. This way it will be possible to have high sens cpi and slow sens (snipe mode as you described), but also can make it in the other way having slow cpi in normal and having high sens i secondary mode.

At first I will do it for rp2040, because I've assembled my keyball on it.

It is possible to do this in your own keymap.c, and I have provided a sample code in another issue (in Japanese).

Personally, I don't think the proposed functionality needs to be included in the default firmware.
