[Bug-Report] PiP not working?

Describe the bug
While Enhancer is active it disables the default browser PiP functionality. This wasn't always the case. It seems to have stopped working around the time the YouTube player updated to the new version.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have Enhancer Ext Enabled
2. Load a youtube video, you will see no PiP in the video element

Expected behavior
The PiP native to the browser used to work no problem. I simply want to use the native PiP in chromium.
