Video plays for a second, then resets due to resolution change

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
When the video starts playing, it takes a second to YouTube-Enhancer to kick in and change resolution, however if a resolution change happens before 5 seconds into the video, it will go back to 0.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'Play a video and wait a second or two.
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
The extension should either wait 5 seconds to change the resolution, or quickly advance 5 seconds to counter-act YouTube.

Thanks for creating this issue @FernandoMMuniz I think the new feature system may fix this because it is much more efficient the old way of doing things was slow and bad in general. But I will see if I can reproduce this with the new system
