[Feature Request] an option to keep new videos paused until we manually unpause them

Additional context
basically when you open a video in a new tab and eventually switch to that tab at any point the video immediately starts playing. i'd like an option for the videos to not play automatically but instead stay paused until i unpause them.

@yamenegg I think the Pause Background Players feature may already cover most of what you're looking for. It automatically pauses any video that isn’t in the active tab, so only the foreground video continues playing.

That said, it might not match your request exactly. What you're describing sounds more like preventing a video from starting at all until the user interacts with the player.

If the existing feature doesn’t fully solve your use case, I can look into adding a separate option that keeps videos paused until the user manually presses play.

@yamenegg Okay, I'll add this as a feature when I can. I just need to finish up the major refactor I've been working on. It's going to improve developer experience and user experience because it's a much more efficient system for managing features.

it's okay to make another request, I actually prefer that it helps me keep track of what needs to be done. Make an issue requesting that and I'll look into it when I can.

I wanted to let you know there may be a delay in updates. My be quiet! Pure Loop 2 360mm AIO cooler has failed, and I’m currently unable to use my only development system. This means I can’t work on the extension until it’s resolved. Thanks for your patience.
