lambda parameter not passed into SvmObjective correctly

Note that lambda is passed in from CMD_LINE_BOOLS not CMD_LINE_FLOATS which 
results in lambda=0. In TrainModel the correct value of lambda is used:

176   float lambda = CMD_LINE_FLOATS["--lambda"];
