[Bug][Crashing] Can't add new Image(async) sources and Crashes under rare scenario

I have noticed 2 issues while using this plugin.

1. Sometimes after a little while I am unable to add new Image(async) sources, but am able to paste duplicate them
2. OBS sometimes crashes after exiting studio mode and transitioning scenes (using move transition plugin)

I haven't been able to do a deeper look into these issue, they have only come up as I am updating my scene collection (not streaming)

Sometimes a bug report alone sparks an idea about what could be the root cause in the code and I can attempt a fix, but this isn't the case here. Since I didn't encounter these issues myself either, this will be very hard to trace down without a reliable way to reproduce it. So if you have any hints what steps exactly I should follow to provoke these errors (with at least a reasonable probability so that if I try 20 times I eventually encounter it) - that would help a lot!

It would also be great if you could run OBS with the --verbose parameter for a while and if one of the mentioned errors occurs provide the full log of this session here for me to examine.

If you encounter issue 1, please after you tried and noticed you cannot add a source but then instead duplicated it, use the "Upload current log file" menu item as shown in this screenshot:

If you encounter issue 2 and OBS crashed, please restart OBS and use the "Upload Previous Log File" menu item from the same sub menu. Then in addition also a crash log through this way:

Also others that see this entry and have similar issues, please contribute any additional information that you can provide here, e.g. it would be good to know whether it happens on both Linux and Windows or only one of them, also I'd like to know your OBS version (if you provide logs, even better, those contain such information anyway).
