[Question] Claudian 搭配 Claude 訂閱帳號使用是否符合 Anthropic ToS？

Anthropic 於 2026 年 2 月 19 日更新了 Legal and Compliance 文件，其中明確提到：

"OAuth authentication (used with Free, Pro, and Max plans) is intended exclusively for Claude Code and Claude.ai. Using OAuth tokens obtained through Claude Free, Pro, or Max accounts in any other product, tool, or service — including the Agent SDK — is not permitted and constitutes a violation of the Consumer Terms of Service."

問題 / Question

Claudian 使用了官方的 @anthropic-ai/claude-agent-sdk，並透過 customSpawn 產生子程序來運行 SDK。我理解 Claudian 並沒有像 OpenClaw/OpenCode 那樣擷取或偽裝 OAuth token——它走的是官方 SDK 的正規途徑。

不過，根據上述條款，訂閱帳號的 OAuth token 在任何第三方產品（包括 Agent SDK）中使用都被列為違規。Claudian 作為一個公開發布的 Obsidian 插件，是否可能被歸類為「第三方產品」而違反 ToS？

想請教作者：

值得一提的是，Anthropic 工程師 Thariq 後續有澄清：

"Nothing is changing about how you can use the Agent SDK and MAX subscriptions."
"We want to encourage local development and experimentation with the Agent SDK and claude -p. If you're building a business on top of the Agent SDK, you should use an API key instead."

這似乎與書面條款有些矛盾，讓人不太確定實際的執行界線在哪裡。

Hi, thank you for building such a wonderful plugin! The experience of having Claude Code embedded in Obsidian via Claudian is fantastic.

I'd like to ask about a Terms of Service compliance concern. Anthropic updated their Legal and Compliance docs on Feb 19, 2026, stating that OAuth tokens from Free/Pro/Max subscriptions are intended exclusively for Claude Code and Claude.ai — and that using them in any other product, tool, or service (including the Agent SDK) is a ToS violation.

While I understand Claudian uses the official Agent SDK and does not extract or spoof OAuth tokens (unlike tools that were banned such as OpenClaw/OpenCode), I'm wondering whether Claudian as a published third-party Obsidian plugin might still fall under the scope of this policy.

Questions:

1. Are you aware of this policy update? What are your thoughts?
2. Is there a risk of account suspension when using Claudian with a Claude Pro/Max subscription?
3. Are there any plans to support or guide users toward API key authentication for full compliance?
