ykush downstream ports led is not glow

hi i have connected my ykush board to app3.0 board from the host using ykush comments after few minuts downstream port led is not glow am not able to communicate the app 3.0 board so for this issue wjhat i need to do?

Note:am using ykush 3 board

Can you please clarify your setup, namely:

• How are you connecting the boards to the host
• How are they being powered
• Which commands are you issuing in the host

Also can you please clarify if you are using a YKUSH board connected to a YKUSH3 board?

Additionally, as this does not seem to be a ykushcmd issue it's better to use direct tech support from here: https://www.yepkit.com/support

Hi, I connected pc to sensor board through ykushboard3 after that I put a comment like ykushcmd ykush3 -u 1 in command prompt..first time working fine after few minutes downstream ports leds getting off and i put a comment ykushcmd ykush3 -d 1 again i put ykushcmd ykush3 -u 1 downstream port1 led just blinking after that getting off so can't able to communicate further can you help me in that.what i need to do?
