tnt time and level head addition

level head that can show server, bedwars, or skywars level as well as a tnt timer mod. I know skier has his versions of the mod but they use essential. All good if you don't want to add these into the mod.

being able to change the height that the skywars strength tag is above your head would be nice, like the feature in skiers level head.

i don't think i'll do level head because api stuff. perhaps just a fork that changes it to oneconfig
tnt timer is a good idea though and i have another idea on it to render extra labels for other amounts of time (like a separate label to help jump after 2 seconds). it will be in a different mod if i do so

wyvest said that polyfrost versions of these mods are to be real. not sure when though
