improve dataset documents

1) all data set are first converted to nuscenes coordinates, and saved as *.pkl files
2) base dataset directly load all data following nuscenes conventions, e.g., lidar coord, mmdet3d box conventions
3) specific algorithm may need customized data coordinate/convention changes, e.g., VAD uses kitti box convention
