I am using the software MAKER, and there are no error messages; everything seems to be running normally. However, in the file repeatmasker_masker_master_datastore_index.log, it shows "FAILED" for some entries, like this:
Chromosome1 anliu_repeatmasker_masker_datastore/40/1C/Chromosome1/ STARTED
Chromosome1 anliu_repeatmasker_masker_datastore/40/1C/Chromosome1/ FAILED
Currently, I have only completed one chromosome, but it has already failed. I checked the log files, and there are no errors, but at the final step for each chromosome, both RANK and COUNT show "DIED":

Additionally, the parallel run results in empty evidence_*.gff.ann files. Could this be due to insufficient or unqualified evidence data? How can I resolve this issue?
