playback seek example - after seeking video and audio frames times differs

I picked relatively long video. When seeking, video frame time and audio frame time difference becomes very large. Video becomes laggy(audio is fine). If seek for a short period of time, it works fine after 50-100 frames, and video starts working fine with all timestamps of frames matched.

Is this a video file you can provide, or some equivalent? Timestamps can sometimes be surprising, but my guess would be that there's something weird happening with the interlacing; but, hard to guess without the file.

Very strange, seems like it works on windows chrome, but does not work on mac os chrome. Will investigate it further.

After being extremely busy for a few months, I've come back to these issues. Did you find anything conclusive w.r.t. the difference on Windows and on Mac? I'll be picking this up again on my own Mac system to see if I can repro any issues.
