Description
CDK Bootstrap fails if build hasn't been run
- Update the readme to include a build before the call to cdk bootstrap.
- Also include the step to update the app.py names and ids for the resources defined.
CLI missing an option to install or refresh dependancies
- When adding/removing/changing dependancies for the dev or prod requirements.txt files, there are no commands that help sync these environments.
