Refactor React Native #72
Description
Currently using "class component" react native styling which works but is outdated. We will be upgrading all react-native classes, primary JS classes. "React Hooks" (Functional Components) is the newer version supported by most open source developers. Each folder for the admin app will be split up and given out to refactor.
While refactoring please ensure the code works before and after you have completed refactoring on Android and IOS before pushing. Also, feel free to update NPM packages when needed but this is not required as it will be a secondary task for MS2.
