Push Notifications overwrite each other #63
Description
When the admin app receives a push notification, it does not accumulate them. Instead, it overwrites the last one with the most recent, which isn't very helpful when there are many different sensors with different statuses.
We want the push notifications to build up on the phone and the user can swipe away the ones they've already seen or don't want to see.
