Add basic back end functionality for hack categories #17
Description
As a developer I want to add basic functionality on the back end for the HackCategory table so that both the front and back end can be properly tested.
Tasks:
- Most of the files/code for adding, retrieving, updating, and deleting a hack category has already been created. These files will need to be checked to make sure they all flow together as we expect.
- Once the files are updated (if they needed to be updated), the create, fetch, update, and delete endpoints should be checked using Postman.
Milestone: Minimal Working System
