[Windows] YACReader Library - Options/Configure window has too much weight in px

The option/configure window is like 2x times Weight in pixels, it gets out of the actual screen if scale is high.

The dialog is 640 points high, which isn't that tall. 300% for 4k is a bit extreme. For now I won't consider this an issue, just a requirement for the app to work correctly.

Can at least this window be resizeable or be abled to maximize?

Feels like Weight is double of the screen size, feels stretched and seems that's more than enough space to fit everything, it simply feels deformed.
Height seems fine though.

The dialog has a fixed size, and that's not the width set during it's initialization. Does this happen only at 300%? I can't replicate the problem, do you have a list of steps I can follow to make that happen?

Actually I'm checking and I think it's not related to Scale or Resolution, it's displaying incorrectly at 1920x1080 and 100% scale too.
