Ximera is not accepting the solution (-190x/81) + (271/81), regardless of how the answer is formatted. Also, when I try to view the input using the math editor, it doesn't appear to be formatted correctly.

I'm having the same issue; I found it to accept the answer when you add an equal sign in front, so:
=(-190/81)x + 271/81
