Recommendation Engine: Tigergraph User Issue

We deployed Alveo u55c cards, installed TigerGraph 3.6.2, installed Python Virtual Environment, and built the Recommendation Engine from Sources. Finally, when running the demo script (run.sh) for the Synthea use case, then it gives an error -- "Tigergraph user 'user_name' does not exist" --, whereby the user is already created through the GSQL command. Can anyone tell why such user error is occurring?

I just sent you the latest installation package to your company email via ezmove.

First of all, we currently only support TG 3.4 and older. Please install that version first. Once you have done that, please follow the instructions below to install the new package and run the example:

• Unzip the package and run ./install.sh from the package
• Install the AGML plugins: /opt/amd/apps/agml/integration/Tigergraph-3.x/agml/0.2/install.sh -d u50
• Install UDFs for recommendation engine example. e.g. /opt/amd/apps/agml/integration/Tigergraph-3.x/agml/0.2/recomengine/examples/synthea/bin/install-udf.sh
• Run an example: /opt/amd/apps/agml/integration/Tigergraph-3.x/agml/0.2/recomengine/examples/synthea/bin/run.sh
