meetup api - 500 internal server error

• No error indicating an api limit.
• Sometimes it occurs randomly but happening consistently when on details page, click the up arrow to go back to the map and then just click 'go' again with the previous search inputs already filled.
• Will try emptying inputs upon search...probably should do that anyway.
• Add error handler
• Add UI error notification

Can't recreate the problem, even following the steps on the second bullet point above. Set error handling if any of the ajax calls return error (anything other than status 200).
