My provider uses cloud flare with a username and password embedded in the url for each link in the m3u file. The server responds with an IP after a 302 redirect. The list of IP's tend to change fairly regularly.
Could you please add an option to either read the urls, not just the domain name to get the list of IP's and associated ASN's which can then be used to route traffic through the vpn?
