You can add an option where you can extract the existing covers in a dash and save them by ftp from an xbox that contains a gallery with the respective covers and later mount them to a new disk generating the respective title folders with the file cover.jpg to upload them manually without internet connection, mostly because I keep a gallery of 800 games on my xbox.
