Cannot Update SotDL Module - Red Error shown and module uninstalls

Just tried to update. Appeared to be downloading something. Then showed the red error shown below and uninstalled the rules module. Attempts to reinstall seemed to download something but did not install anything. Backing up to last build restored full functionality.

Error message was; "Metadata validation failed for system "demonlord": The file "module/bundle.css" included by system demonlord does not exist"
