Create new job. Job should be able to execute parallel. Track start, progress and end ledger index per job in designated database table.

For better performance use node WS endpoint.

This job should be able to sync all transactions and process all participants per transaction, then persist in database.

This job should be able to keep database in sync with latest validated ledger - in realtime.
