2013 on premise to Dynamics 365

Hello,
Thanks for developing this tool!
Will this work going from CRM2013 on-premise to Dynamics 365?
I can connect to the 365 target but when I select the drop-down selector for "target entity" it is listing the CRM2013 (source) entities rather than the Dynamics 365 entities.
