Power Apps Checker issues #57
Description
I wanted to import the newest Release v3.9.5
For all solutions I run Power Apps Checker first before extracting them to Git and rebuilding them for release.
I defined the Power Apps checker error level critical as the one the pipeline should fail when PA Checker founds any issues of this category.
It seems Microsoft changed it's ranking of certain rules. The checker result below is from today and for Reelase 3.9.5:

Does this new ranking makes sense?
