Percentage and text entities would also be required.

I would be very happy if the entity for roller shutter control were available in the GUI.
I'm fully aware that this is very complex and no so easy to do.

@Kolbi The PR you linked to is dependent on the PR in my post above. It can't be merged until the former was merged - thus it is in draft until then... as noted in the description.

Just installed the latest Beta of HA including the new UI for Shutters. Works great, thanks farmio. Just moved from YAML to UI configuration.

Are you working on further UI updates already (e.g. climate, sensors, wheather)? Knowing that his is a hobby project only, so no pressure from my side.

Thank you for the improvements to this integration. I deleted the yaml entries for my blinds, deleted the HA entities, and then recreated them in the GUI.
It's a bit long-winded when you have many entitites to change, is there a better method to migrate or is this planned?

It would probably be possible to implement yaml migration, but there are no plans atm. IMHO it would be better to first support all yaml platforms.

That said, I don't think it's really necessary to move to UI entities currently - if your yaml works fine you don't miss anything (except for device assignment).

Understood, thanks. I have just finished renovating our house including a new KNX installation, so I'm just starting the Home Assistant integration.

Certainly adding support for other entities should be the priority 👍.
