Request for Modification of PicoFlasher.UF2 to Support Raspberry Pi Pico Clone YD-RP2040

VCC-GND Studios’ YD-RP2040 has the following improvements over the Raspberry Pi Pico:

Added PWR power LED
The USB interface was changed to type-C USB
Added reset button to facilitate reset operation and firmware update operation
Added the USRkey user button (GPIO24)
Added RGB lights (GPIO23)
Change PICO’s W25Q16 to W25Q32 (4M) / W25Q64 (8M) / W25Q128 (16M)

This board sometimes works. I bought 2 of those: one with BoyaMicro flash and one with Zbit Semi flash. The one with Zbit Semi flash works flawlessly and i have recently flashed a falcon console successfully. The BoyaMicro one on the other hand does not want to appear in device manager or JRunner after writing picoflasher to it.
I thought this board was completely dead but there are 2 scenarios this board will be recognized:

1. If you connect the board to usb while it is completely cold and was not powered on for a couple of minutes it will connect every time for the next ~30sec and will stay connected once connected.
2. If you connect the device through usb and reset it with the reset button for ~100 times it may connect and show up in JRunner.

It seems the BoyaMicro one is not dead but just bad somehow as everything else like MicroPython works without problem.

Hello mine is also recognized by the J Runner, but somehow the console is not detected, maybe i solder it wrong ?
