Repository needs a license.

The name has 'CC BY-SA' in it, but ideally there would be a license within the repo to be explicit.

We really should add a Copyright information page to the repository and a Copyright notice in either the TOC or first chapter.

What we can't do is just assume an arbitrary license without sign off from everyone who has contributed a significant amount to the project (a two word spelling fix doesn't establish ownership, but a paragraph or chapter might.)

Since the repo is already marked CC BY-SA in the description, we are probably safe continuing with that, but I think we should get at least a nominal signoff from the major contributors to the project. I will try to contact everyone who has made significant contributions to confirm their agreement with the Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike license terms.
