Update FAQ to clarify the design choices for the X16 and avoid the "why not X" style threads

Basically having something to point to in order to help avoid with (https://cx16forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=31484#p31484). The FAQ is also a bit out of date at this point so logging an issue just to track updates.
