2. Compliance certifications, audit reports, or scored assessments produced using
   GRITS methodology must reference GRITS by name and version.

3. The name "GRITS" and the names of its pillars (Governance, Risk, Integrity,
   Trust, Security as a compound framework identity) may not be used to endorse
   or promote derivative products without prior written permission from X Scale AI.
