ANNOUNCEMENT: Change of Licence of the library and app

This is to inform the general public that the licence of this repo, currently MIT, shall be divided into two parts:
 - For the library, the licence will be Mozilla Public Licence 2.0.
 - For the demo app, it will be GNU AGPL v3.0.

All future versions of the library will have to be used subject to the new licences.
