Implement Berichtenpatroon with VTB, Berichtenbox and Printstraat #84
Description
Based on the new implementation of VTB at gemeentes we will also be implementing the following flow in OMC in conjunction with NotifyNL:
Features
- new trigger for a gemeentebericht
- new filters for national synchronisation
- linking up the logius Mijn Overheid berichtenbox
- checking abonnementen at logius
- adjusting the berichten in both boxes in case of duplication:
- registering succesful and failed contactmomenten in Klantregistratie API
- failover to the printstraat if available
