Add link to wormbase 'Referenced' widget from count of curated objects

The 'Referenced' widget seems to be more stable than the tree view

@azurebrd maybe you know how to do this: I'd like to open a WB paper page on the 'Referenced' widget. Do you know if there's a way to directly jump to the related anchor in the page via url?

@valearna I think if you link to something like https://wormbase.org/resources/paper/WBPaper00038491#03--10 The #3-10 tells the browser which widgets to open, and maybe where to zoom the browser viewport to. I'm not really sure though, possibly that #3-10 changes depending on which widgets get added to a datatype in the future. Sibyl would have known, maybe Todd knows now ?
