Using AmiGO, I've collected a set of positive and negative papers for protein kinase activity from SGD curation.
There are many more negative than positive papers, and I think I've removed all the duplicate papers in the set (I had to do this based on how I collected a candidate negative set). This set of papers assumes that SGD has curated them fully (something we couldn't necessarily do for WormBase).
The PMIDs are in sheet 1, titled AmiGO - IDA protein kinase activity, in this spreadsheet.
Column A is the list of positive paper PMIDs and Column B is the list of negative paper PMIDs
Maybe we could use the full text from the SGD Textpresso implementation to try protein kinase sentence classification on some of these papers to see how the classifier performs on the literature from another organism.
