Feature Request: Add notice of file being modified by Create Block Theme

This post is more about a feature request which I think would be helpful to its users.

Using Create Block Theme (CBT), I typically “Save Changes to Theme”.

When I click “Save Changes” it’s not always clear which file(s) are being updated in the file system – I typically have to guess, e.g. that saving woo-commerce product catalog template using CBT is tied to archive-product.html. Is it possible to add a notice that show which files are being modified by CBT upon saving?

The user could then understand what files are touched during the save.
