[BUG] Mentor card is missing key details

What / Why

The mentors page does not include the following details:

• Support areas (currently classed as areas/technicalArea )
• Type of mentoring
• Reviews
• Resources
• Number of long-term mentees to support (if applicable)
• Monthly ad-hoc hours (if applicable)

Some of these fields were removed in this commit .

@stepsen89 Could you comment on why it was needed to comment out those sections for the <MentorProfileCard /> component? And whether we should proceed with this issue?
