Allow more slots in the Epic Crafting Table or make another tier of crafting table #5

I'm trying to make badges for things such as swords, pickaxes, etc. But I have more than 121 swords in my modpack (I think it's something like 128). Do you think you could make it configurable to have a little more crafting space in the epic crafting table? Also I am using 1.20.1. I know feature requests only get added to the latest supported version of Minecraft, but I'd really like this for 1.20.1.
