Make Duplicate Filename less prone to breaking extension recognition

Right now, Duplicate Files are renamed by adding a numbered string to the end of the file.
This however might mess with some file type extensions, like ".mp3_543355"

I would recommend adding this to the Filename INSIDE of the original filename, as is common in most file explorers.
