Library not loading even after ILMerge

I'm working on a CRM plugin, the Merge via ILMerge was successful, however, when running the plugin it's still throwing the same error:

Could not load file or assembly 'Sandboxable.Microsoft.WindowsAzure.Storage, Version=8.7.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=dd461fa2f43d8736' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Any idea on how to troubleshoot this?
