[BUG] Update to v2.19.7 breaks the tray menu on Ubuntu

Describe the bug
After updating from v2.18.8, the tray icon is no longer interactive: no quick action menu on right-click anymore. Opening the full GUI via double-click is the only thing it can do now.

OS and app information:

• OS: Ubuntu 24.04
• App version v2.19.7

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install v2.18.8
2. Update with sudo apt install ~/windscribe_2.19.7_amd64.deb
3. Enjoy.

Logs doesn't register anything when the icon clicked.

Update: Today, the quick action menu started showing up for some mysterious reason, but went away again just after restarting the app.

Update 2: The menu comes back after enough time has passed since the app was launched. Seems that's how it works.
