Requires restart since 5.30.2 #476
Description
I have noticed that since version 5.30.2 that WindowTop will not function/appear above windows without restarting my system or forcibly restarting explorer (not ideal) after an update. This was never an issue in the past. I am not sure if it is just me or also everyone else too but it would be nice if others can confirm it as this has happened twice now upon updating to version to version 5.30.2 and 5.30.3 from memory.
Exiting WindowTop and opening it again does not help.
