Feature Request: Link/Group PiP windows (move/resize/grid) + reusable screen-anchored crop

Requesting two related productivity features:

1. Ability to link/group PiP windows so they move together, resize uniformly, and snap/arrange into a grid.
2. Ability to define and save a standard, screen-anchored crop (fixed region) that can be applied to any window/PiP.

Use cases

• Arrange multiple PiPs as a dashboard and drag/resize them in sync.
• Quickly enforce identical sizes/aspect ratios across several PiPs.
• One-click apply a reusable crop (e.g., top-left 640×360 of the screen) regardless of which window is shown.

Proposed behavior

• PiP grouping: create groups; move as one (drag any member), resize all proportionally, snap to grid, set gaps/margins, remember layout between sessions; optional hotkeys (group toggle, align, equalize size).
• Standard crop presets: define crop by pixels/percent; anchor to screen (preferred), optionally to window; name and save multiple presets; apply via menu/hotkey; optional aspect-ratio lock; multi-monitor and DPI-aware.

Nice to have

• Save/restore multiple layouts.
• Per-group “lock size/position”.
• API/hotkeys to script layouts.

### Alternatives tried

Windows Snap/FancyZones, OBS crop filters, and other window managers—none provide linked PiP control + reusable screen-anchored crops inside WindowTop.
