1. The "TimeVarColRec" recorded is finding the column mean (colMeans), which might want to be changed to the middle of the window as there might be values missing that move the mean.

2. The window moving portion does not need an if/else statement since the overlap is just zero and will have no impact if not included.

Both of those are in the same area of the code doc.

3. Run time is not placed correctly to get an accurate reading.
